Why Did They Sell to UK Homebuyers Ltd?  The vendor contacted us in April 2025 in need of urgent assistance after their chain collapsed, losing their buyer due to personal reasons. Their onward purchase was due to complete in 4 weeks and they needed a company who could act quickly to facilitate mending the chain, so they would not lose their next purchase. We were able to complete in May 2025, exactly a month after receiving the vendors enquiry, in the time frames that worked for them.
