Why Did They Sell to UK Homebuyers Ltd?  The vendor approached us after they inherited the property and was interested in selling to a fast sale property company. The property was sat empty, and they were keen to find someone who could complete quickly to take additional costs away that they were accruing. We were able to complete within 3 weeks of their initial enquiry, which suited their needs perfectly.
