Why Did They Sell to UK Homebuyers Ltd?  We were contacted by the vendor’s niece after the vendor unfortunately fell ill and had to move into a care home, meaning they needed to sell her property to pay for care home fees which were extremely expensive and not affordable unless the property was sold. At a very stressful time for the family, we were able to assist in making one part of the process run smoothly, with the sale being efficient and stress free.
