What Is it?  A three-bedroom semi detached house with a driveway, integrated garage and rear garden.

Why Did They Sell to UK Homebuyers Ltd?  The vendor decided they no longer wanted to be a landlord and wanted to use funds they would receive from the sale elsewhere. They found us through our website and contacted us as they knew we would purchase the property with the tenant in situ, for a quick and hassle-free sale. The vendor had lost contact with the tenant over the years and we were able to reconnect with him and visit him at the property. The house needed a lot of remedial works to make it liveable for the tenant which is another reason the landlord wanted to offload the problem. We were able to purchase the property and rectify the issues to a standard the tenant was very happy with.  The tenant was extremely releived that he was able to continue living in a property he had called home for over fifteen years.
